Non action girl leads in action films

Can you recommend any action themed films which have a Non-Action Lead (heroine or villain) who sucks at fighting or action skills ?
Not to be confused with an action girl who does not fight or a non action girl who has no action scenes.
There should be at least one scene in the film which is evidence of her lack of or sucky action skills. Something like her losing a fight easily, going down to a single punch, being over powered easily, showing fear or hiding behind someone when confronted, fainting during action scenes etc... you get the idea. Something to the effect of the items on the list. At least one such incident from the items in the list of anything similar to it
Hence please tell me name of film and charactor and evidence scene of her sucky action skills.

For further clarity think of a female version of Balem in Jupiter Ascending or Kate Winslet's character in Divergent. No action scenes for either charactor. The only time they finally try to fight someone one on one both go down easily to the film's respective heroine.

She simply needs to be a main character in the film either on the good or bad side. The film can be action with thriller/scyfy/fantasy/crime/family/comedy bias.

But no animation films. Also obviously old women , sick women , children - Disqualify.

Even better if there are other action girls in the film while this character is not. Evidence of her inability compared to the other girls in action scenes should be there so there is no ambiguity about her non action status.

Film has to be a film released after 2000.

might not fit all your criteria, but how about "Zero Dark Thirty (2012)"?

"I'll do the masterminding around here." -Sgt. Stryker, "Sands of Iwo Jima"

You are right it does have some of the factors. But it is never made very clear whether Jessica's role in Zero dark Thirty is a Non action girl or just an action girl who does not have any action scenes.
But I see your logic and she was excellent in the movie. And I would also lean more towards her being a non action brainiac who would suck at physical stuff but no evidence of it.
Can you suggest any other new films. I think that type of films are the most logical for this list. Where you have a non action heroine who is all brains. However that is not the only type and the female can even be a villain.
But having a scene or two which shows her non action nature would be preferred as then that is proof of it right?

Can Nicky in The Bourne series of films be classified under this? I only saw the first movie and she seemed non action. But hey who knows she could be a total action girl in the other 3 films including the recent one. Can anyone clarify?

Thanks.

Is there any evidence of their non action nature within the film? Something which implies a lack of fighting skills? For example losing a fight easily or being over powered easily?

Didn't you ask this question (or a very similar one) before on this board? I remember suggesting Jodie Foster in Elysium (2013) because she's a strategical politician and relies on minions to do all the dirty work for her, but you dismissed it.

In the other thread I also suggested Tilda Swinton in Michael Clayton (2007) (although that's not an action movie, so it wouldn't fit in this thread).

- Eva Green in Casino Royale (2006)
- Marcia Gay Harden in Space Cowboys (2000)
- Thandie Newton in Mission: Impossible II (2000) or Michelle Monaghan in Mission: Impossible III (2006)
- Dakota Fanning in War Of The Worlds (2005)
- Katie Holmes in Batman Begins (2005) and Maggie Gyllenhaal in The Dark Knight (2008)

Do you know any films which have a female character similar to the wimpy male nerd Simon in "Knight and Day" now that would perfectly fit the trope/list I am creating.
Thanks for the info by the way.

She's not really a great fighter, more tech savvy. Once or twice in the series she maybe pulls a gun but thats it

I got that idea from the first films. I like her. Nice to see a smart girl who cannot fight in an action film.
You know any other similar characters in other films?
