Batman or Spider-Man Villians?

Two of the most iconic superheroes of all time also have two of the most instantly recognizable array of rogue's gallery supervillains. Which set of supervillains is better? (You can judge based on the villains in the Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy vs. The Dark Knight Trilogy).

Dark Knight villains:
Ra's al Ghul, Scarecrow, The Joker, Harvey Two-Face, Talia al Ghul, Catwoman (sort of), and Bane.

Spider-Man villains:
Green Goblin, Doc Ock, The Sandman, Harry Osborne's Goblin, and Venom.

I gotta go with Batman - probably the greatest rogue's gallery of anyone (with the possible exception of James Bond!).

Easy. Batman's rogues gallery. Hands down the best one in comics history.

The villainy you teach me I will execute-and it shall go hard but I will better the instruction.

Joker is really the best villain in cinema in terms of being born in the comics.

But on the overall I'd still give the edge to Spider-man. Venom had his own series, he was so popular.

Batman. I don't even know if I like Batman for Batman - I like the villains more than the hero.

I prefer Batman villains because they are more grounded in reality. Sometimes I do like a few sprinkles of magic and crazy stuff but I prefer the villains to not have powers or having symbiots and stuff like that.

While Marvel does a pretty good job with writing their villains in a relatable way it’s still harder to feel the danger when we know they can’t exist.

Ofcourse Batman is quite unrealistic too but it’s easier to suspend our disbelief when the villains have no powers at all

It’s very close but I’ll go with Batman’s villains overall, albeit by a hair.
