We used to have a thread about Ann Jillian's TV movies, but it has been deleted. I just wanted to alert her fans that her 1994 TV movie (the one where she is trying to uncover what happened to her sister Vonnie) is coming to dvd, and it is available on amazon.com.

shareI love Ann Jillian too, and it's a shame that so few of her TV movies have made it to dvd. There are 4 on dvd now:

2. Original Sin (1989)
3. Death Ride to Osaka (1983)
4. I'll Be Home for Christmas (1997)
Sadly, many of her greatest TV movies have remained unreleased. My favorites include:

3. Our Son, the Matchmaker (1996)
4. The Care and Handling of Roses (1996)
5. Heart of a Child (1994)
6. Little White Lies (1989)
7. It Was Him or Us (1995)
Of all the ones you listed, I have only seen Our Son, the Matchmaker and It Was Him or Us. It Was Him or Us is a favorite of mine and I own a press kit from the movie that I ordered on Ebay. Ann Jillian has been missing from acting for 14 years, which is a shame. I'd love to see more of her made for TV movies.
