As someone who has never been to Chicago, can someone please explain why the Chicago Cubs are the "cool" baseball team, while the Chicago White Sox are the "uncool" baseball team?

Both teams have won 3 World Series:
Cubs = 1907, 1908, 2016 - White Sox = 1906, 1917, 2005.
