Who owns the Overlook?

Ullman is the manager and Jack is the caretaker, but who owns the Overlook Hotel? Ullman mentions that Presidents and other prominent figures have stayed there, so it could be something like the Bohemian Club or Columbia Club, or possibly a prominent figure akin to Donald Trump (ie Trump Plaza Hotel), or just an independent owner such as Ben Horne, owner of the Great Northern Hotel, in Twin Peaks. Would be interesting to explore the hotel owners and what they know about the mystery of the hotel.
