Dec 28- the Case of the Sexy Landlord

The plaintiff, Adam Anderson, was super cute, in an unusual kind of way. Interesting color hair, too. And the female defendant was actually quite attractive, as well, if you're into that sort of thing. He was also well organized and answered JJ's questions in a simple and direct manner, so he got off pretty unscathed by her.

reply

"Super cute?" You have VERY low standards.

reply

Well, I did say he was cute in an unusual way... perhaps I should have said he was an acquired taste? He certainly didn't seem unattractive.

Anyway, I would totally do him!

I agree with you 100%. Something very sexy about him - not the best looking guy in the world, but very sexy and attractive. I'd rent him...or his house, but I prefer him only.

No, not all people - just you.

reply

No, not all people - I just tell you to mature while I make comments on renting guys

Didn't much help your case! lol! You tell me I'm immature for recognizing that there are disadvantages for double minorities and then turn around and talk about wanting to rent other dudes, and who are much younger than you are. While then of course trashing young people for how they act in the workplace.

reply

The "real estate agent" was kind of weird.

Judge Judy: How long have you known each other?
Def's Witness: (to Defendant) How old are you now?
Defendant: 26
Def's Witness: For 26 years.

reply

The case was dull, dull, dull. The one afterward, with the stupid brother whose teeth had rotted out, was also very dull. No wonder Judy saved this episode for the end of the year.

Didn't read it

I agree (attractive) and I am (into that sort of thing). 

She looked like either Tiffani-Amber Theissen with black hair or Yasmine Bleeth (take your pick). 

Tiffani-Amber Theissen

That's exactly who I thought of as well. She looked just like her - very pretty, and very well-spoken.

Yasmine Bleeth

Yasmine Bleeth? Sounds like what someone would groan as they're hurling.

reply

Yeah…super hot but has a weird infatuation with blow up decorations, so 2/10 might hit it
