I can't believe its still going

I used to like this show but it almost became a chore to watch it so I stopped the season after Ziva left. The way I see it the show really needed to shake things up multiple times back around season 7 or 8 to keep it fresh.

I think if they would have retired Vance as Director and have Gibbs be forced into that role and become more a supporting character, thus allowing Dinnozo to take over the team would have been interesting and believable. Harmon was too old to be believed running around investigating. Also Ducky should have retired and allowed the younger doctor guy, can't remember his name, to take over.
