BAFTA PoC backlash is ridiculous

it isn’t a racial conspiracy. Are awards supposed to be given based on skin color or talent? They’re voted on by hundreds of members of a wide racial and gender mix based on quality of performance.

This year they just all happened to be white. If they’d all been PoC actors and no whites, no one would say a word. But since it’s all white, some people are going ballistic. Calm down.
