Who inherited his legacy? They were children when he died. And had guardians or something. But now they are adults and have to inherit his money, right?

There are songs, etc. There have to be royalties and stuff. Do they get monthly checks? They are his direct line of succession. They are not his biological. But still they are officially his adopted children. He gave them his name and raised as his own. They should get all his money.
