Michigan Alleged False Electors
On Tuesday, Nessel confirmed that 16 people, including Meshawn Maddock, a former co-chair of the Michigan Republican party, and Kathy Berden, a national committeewoman for the Republican National Committee have been charged with felony offenses in relation to the alleged 2020 election plot.

In May, Dane County Circuit Judge Frank Remington said that a lawsuit filed by Democrats against 10 fake electors in Wisconsin can go to civil trial in September 2024.

Earlier in July, it was reported that Pennsylvania Secretary of State Al Schmidt met Special Counsel Jack Smith's team as part of the attempts to overturn the last election, although it is unclear if the alleged fake electoral scheme was a line of questioning.

New Mexico Alleged Fake Electors
New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas, previously told CNN he was "pleased" the DOJ is looking into allegations of fake electoral scheme in the state.

Georgia Alleged Fake Electors
In May, it was reported that eight of the 16 people who are under investigation over an alleged fake electoral plot in Georgia have been granted immunity.
The group of 16 Republicans met at Georgia's state capitol on December 14, 2020, to sign a certificate declaring falsely that Trump had won the presidential election and declaring themselves the state's "duly elected and qualified" electors.
The immunity deal for the eight Republicans was disclosed in court filings, but no other details were revealed.

Well, to be fair, the counsel investigating Biden and his documents, did explicitly say that he did nothing Trump didn't do. They just opted not to prosecute because he is (for all intents and purposes) not fit to stand trial due to mental incompetency.

Now you're making stuff up. They found he did the same thing Trump did with classified documents, worse in fact because he didn't even lock them up securely. But prosecutors declined to charge him because he's an old man who will convince a jury he has a poor memory.

That is not the same as having not committed a crime. That's the opposite. That's specifically saying "he comitted a crime, and we want to prosecute him, but he will come over as mentally unfit in an effort to gain sympathy and a lighter sentence or no punishment at all."

I ask again, is Biden fit enough to be prosecuted for the same crime someone else comitted and is being prosecuted for, or isn't he? There's no question he comitted the same crime. They said he did.

The difference was all in the way each man handled it, the two cases are each character in a nutshell.

Biden apologetic and does everything he can to rectify the situation.

You don't seem to understand what Trump is being prosecuted with. He actually obstructed the government. He wasn't being charged just because it was discovered he had classified docs or improperly handled them. He was charged with fucking around, lying and doing his best not to resolve the issue when it came up.

Do you think that refusing to cooperate with the government's reasonable requests regarding national security should be considered a crime? You do know that Trump was caught attempting to withhold and conceal some of the documents he was told to hand back, and also lied about their handling?
