How this movie reflects JT's real life

He and Kelly lost his/their beloved retarded son Jett too soon.
So then they breed to have another child to replace him.

Just like in the movie where Archer and his wife adopt Castor's son to replace their earlier one killed by Castor.
Which is a stretch.
Why would he want a reminder of the father around who murdered his son???
He now has a son with the terrorists/murderer's DNA in his house and life.
And no discussion at all.
The wife just agrees to it right away.
