Michael Scott Paper Company makes no sense

We have a documentary crew, filming a documentary - supposedly.

When you look at things from this viewpoint, not many things make sense.

For example, why would the camera crew and all follow Michael Scott?

The documentary is about what? The Dunder Mifflin offices, right? Michael Scott is no longer working for them, so he and his company should be out of bounds of this documentary, right? I mean, if you are making a documentary that focuses on a very specific office of a very specific corporation, WHY would the camera crew of that very documentary follow someone else around?

Why would they go to Michael's house, when there isn't even any paperwork done for the Michael Scott Paper Company? Even after the MSPC has been founded, why would the camera crew of this documentary group be diverted to that? It has nothing to do with the Dunder Mifflin documentary anymore.

Are they making a documentary of the people, regardless of where they work (so it could be just random people, why THESE exact people?), or are they making a documentary about Dunder Mifflin (so they should show all kinds of branches and offices, not just this one - the only time they DID show another one, was when, again, the PEOPLE from this office were transferred there!)

Why does the crew not follow anyone else that has been fired, has quit, or whatnot - for example, the good people that transferred from Scranton (if memory serves)? Why aren't we seeing what happened in his life after he quiwasfired? (He did say he quit before Michael fired him, so who knows what happened)

The whole thing makes absolutely no sense. Either they are making a documentary of the office, which means, it doesn't matter who gets fired or quits, they are not going to follow the people, only whatever happens in the office. Michael should have just disappeared from the cameras until he joins back, not been followed by the crew all the way and back.

Alternatively, the fat guy that quiwasfired, should also have been followed by the camera crew for an extended period of time.

In any case, the whole thing makes absolutely no sense.

BEWARE! Avortac4 is a troll trying to waste everyone's time with such idiotic comments. Look at his posts. He doesn't think anything in any film makes sense. His post may seem like it makes sense in the first sentence or two. But he always quickly wanders off into a completely idiotic idea, and then writes a wall of text that makes no sense. And his sole purpose is to waste your time, thinking he's cute for doing so. Don't feed the troll. If you write a comment, you're giving this troll EXACTLY what he wants. Don't comment after my comment.

The cameras followed them outside of the office constantly. That’s not the only instance of going to Michaels house. There are countless examples of cameras following them, so Im not sure why you would single out this time. Why were they at the dinner party, Why were they at Jim and Pam’s wedding? Why were they in the hospital when Pam had a baby. Why did they follow jim to Stamford when he left the office? I could go on forever.
