A scene missing from "The French Mistake" episode

Besides the fact that this episode should have been a movie instead of an episode, a scene I was hoping there would be on this episode, but wasn’t, would be one of Jeffrey Dean Morgan hanging out on the outside gates of the studio, pestering the producer of Supernatural to write him back into the show, saying something like, “Yeah, I got that gig in Watchmen but that was a fluke that go me nowhere. Zack promised me a role in Sucker Punch, but decided to go all young hot babe with it, except Carla, that charming bitch. Anyway, anything you can do to get daddy John back on the show. Just one more episode is all. C'mon” and so on.
