With the first image of David Corenswet from James Gunn's "Superman" getting mixed reactions, one fan edit of the pic has earned rave reviews.
So far I'm not feeling the lead actor at all regardless of the suit. I do hope I am eventually proved wrong

shareNot a big Superman fan anyway, and if I see this it'll be for Supergirl, Hawkgirl, etc, but yeah the suit doesn't do anything for me.
shareRemember when the first footage of The Batman suit came out, there was plenty of mixed responses but when the teaser trailer came out everyone started praising The Batman. So is it possible that the new Superman might be? is it possible that the new suit will grow on people when they see set photos and trailers?
shareYou know that if you step in dog shit you will only smell it for a few minutes? The smell doesn't disappear, it's just that you get used to it and your brain cancels it out, I guess you could say it grows on you.
