Because they don't want to? Women can dress how they want. Does it bother you when women don't dress the way you want?

Honestly I dislike women wearing cleavage revealing cloths and way too short shorts that cover nothing but their underwear in public. They might as well be wearing a bra and underwear in public.

The question is who's pushing the half naked look and why?

The internet has warped our perception of reality a bit. Most women do dress more modestly. The instagram/OF models that are everywhere online, are actually a really small percentage of the population.

As for the question, I personally appreciate a beautiful face, for a lot of these women, they don’t have enough confidence in their face to lead with it. So they show skin. Because someone is always willing to look at that.

Usually, with age, women tend to accessorize and dress comfortable with a litte more modesty. Rather than showing skin, they focus on materials, design and color. Young people aren't dressing that bad. Social media makes it seem otherwise.
