The REAL reason he got 30 years based on nothing but hearsay

If you want to know why Masterson got such a harsh sentence, it's because one of the women accusing him is married to Cedric Bixler-Zavala, a member of alternate rock bands, At the Drive-In and The Mars Volta.

And who is Cedric Bixler-Zavala?

He happens to be a very close friend and former bandmate of Beto O'Rourke, the Democrat darling who keeps trying to turn Texas blue. They were in an early '90s El Paso Emo band called Foss together. Obviously Beto has political clout and can exert a certain degree of influence.

This link references the O'Rourke connection. https://faroutmagazine.co.uk/cedric-bixler-zavala-danny-masterson-scientology/

I can't stand O'Rourke, but I have a hard time believing that in this day and age someone like him could have the clout to railroad someone in a trial.

I have a pretty high bar that needs to be cleared before I start giving conspiracy theories any consideration.

reply

this has to be the funniest conspiracy theory ive ever heard.

beto, who is a serial candidate failure and has no political power and , let alone in California in particular, is controlling the California prosecutors office and/or Judge Charlaine Olmedo who rules on the case

reply

Definitely funny.

But not funny that people are going to unironically latch on to garbage like this.

reply

Well, Trump set the bar so low, some people even believe that lecithin is poison.

reply

You liberals like to pretend Trumps name is his cock, because you find any excuse to have it in your mouth.

reply

I do agree with your post, but I consider BeatOff O'Rourke the anti-Obama: white, poorly dressed, no charisma, and not intelligent.

reply

OP's claim is laughable conspiratorial nonsense from the misogynistic pro-rape Right based on thinking he can prod other Right-wing nuts into rallying against Beto.

reply

LOLLLL what? this has to be a joke?

Beto is a failed presidential and gubernatorial candidate who keeps losing and has no actual political power. he isnt a governor, he isn't a senator or congressman.

wtf does Beto have to do wth Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine F. Olmedo who was appointed by Gray Davis in 2002 and handed out the sentence????? or the prosecutors office in California??

reply

Scientology thugs killed Cedrics dog to keep him quiet.

reply

he didn't say he was gay, a protected class in California, he would be a free man

reply

gays will never be free. They'll always be slaves to dirty, smelly ass and poop weiner

reply

We're all protected as residents of California, fool.

reply

You have no idea what "hearsay" means. Their recollections are not. Idiot!

reply

I should have said "lies" I guess.

reply

In 2023 heading into 2024, if you're a man, you're basically screwed when it comes to jilted relationships and marriages resulting in rape accusations 20 plus years down the road with no shred of evidence other than Yes, heresay.. It's sending a dangerous message by doing this

reply

You're screwed if you rape women. You seem to resent that.

reply

This is hearsay that wasn't hearsayed until 20 years later.

reply

Sounds as if there was some corroborating evidence.

reply

Hopefully but I didnt read about any.

reply

What I resent Lib is someone being put in prison for 30 years for nothing more than the Oprah #Me Too Justice System wanting to call the shots and I'm sorry but that's not how the Justice System works and if these women were so put out by Danny Masterson they should've come forward 22 years earlier, wouldn't you say??

reply

Cool how you came up with a little phrase there and
work it into attacking the whole justice system.

To bring up the question of time means you want to
let certain criminals pass the finish line which I don't
think is a good idea.

A crime is a crime at any time, and it is the burden of
the attornies general to interpret the weight of the crime.

It's just not as easy or profitable as you with your clever
slam seem to think it is for women to make up crimes
that you brush off as a joke.

Hoaxsters get found out which is even worse.
