She was in Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood (2019) and The Ward (2010).

Just looked at her filmography and much to my surprise I've seen her in more movies than I thought. I don't remember her in either OUATIH or The Ward, very small roles obviously.

Anyway I found this photo online of a young Sydney (she must have been about 12 years old) with John Carpenter on the set of The Ward (2010)!

That's actually a good trait for an actor to be in a movie and not be noticed by name so much as by the character.

I don't get the current hype outside childish boob worship. It's the same B.S we got with Scarlett Johansen. She was fine as an actor too but really doesn't stand out for her acting. She was noticed more as being in a popular movie series in leather.

In The Ward she was the main character in flashback, chained up as a little girl.

I've seen 13 of her films. I haven't seen The Ward, so I'm going to watch it today.

Been acting since she was a little girl but many people think she’s an overnight success because of her recent popularity.

Very true. I was surprised when I found out recently she was in Once Upon A Time In America. I think I first heard of her after The Voyeurs, but she's been acting for awhile.
