Negan?

I threw in the towel a long time ago, around the time Carl died. I was hanging on by a thread by that time regardless. Negan was the big bad at the time.

I am vaguely aware through general pop culture that we now have sympathy for Negan and has been working with our heroes for a while. I am aware there's a spin off.

Does anyone feel like giving me a brief synopsis of what transpired?

Don't bother with the obligatory inevitable "then watch the show" posts. I'm not dedicating more endless hours to find out. You can either type a few sentences about it or just move along. This is just a vauge passing curiosity.
