Latinos = good
Whites = villains, old, warmongers, and greedy

I didn't like how my people were protrayed.

Latinos = illegal immigrant

So I don't think they like it either.

Many are. Do you know how hard it is for Latinos to get visas? So they enter illegally.

8,000 a day at the moment on the Texas border.

To me it felt more like how white old execs imagine they can make a movie for a Latino audience. The big bad is a woman, who is basically without a reason so bad and crazy, Tony Montana would tell her to calm down. Jeff Bridges in Iron Man is very similar to her, but even he does not openly try to shoot Tony Stark (the girl was hunted by sharp shooting mercs!) and he was about to lose everything he build, because Tony - who didnt care ANYTHING before - decided so. Sarandon had not lost anything, if she had not got crazy and greedy, even if, it had not been shattered the company.

If I were "Mexican" as they described themselves, I don't think I'd like how I was portrayed.

The family seemed like a cartoon.

Not that there's anything wrong with cartoons, but I thought Speedy Gonzalez was out these days.

And the dad being a grandfather age and the grandmother being much younger with makeup/wig made it cartoony.

Not even something so cartoony. The writting are full of casual racism and sexism in this. For example did you knew that leaving your company to your son instead of your sister is sexist?
